Hello everyone!! I am so happy to share this recipe of white sauce. We (me and my husband) love white sauce and use it in many of the main course dishes. However, traditionally it is made from all-purpose flour which held me back from eating it enough. This made me started thinking of the substitute for all-purpose flour, and I gave a try to crushed oats. Well, it turned out really good, and it was creamier than the regular one. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did. I made this batch of white sauce from oats to use in my main dish, "Vegetable Baked Dish." I made it for trial, so I don't have exact measurements, but I tried and mentioning as close as possible in the recipe below .
