Bowl of Proteins, Veggies and Greens

 Hello!! Hope you all are doing great!  Sometimes it is challenging to keep up with healthy eating.  And so, I mix it up a little with my recipes to make my taste buds to like healthy food. One of the mixed-up recipes I eat is this Bowl full of Proteins, Veggies, and Greens. And I and surprised it tastes so delicious. I have grown up eating traditional Indian food full of spices, making it difficult to cut the spice out of my food. So, all the ingredients in the Bowl are cooked with Indian spices.  The Protein in the Bowl is Mung Bean Sprouts. Recently my doctor told me to include protein in every meal. Since my husband and I are both vegetarian, we have limited options for protein, one of which is Mung Bean. I have used different veggies cooked in Indian Spices, and the greens are basically kale and romaine lettuce.
