Veggies with Noddles
YES, that’s right. It is “veggies with noodles.” I and my husband like to have Indo-Chinese as a lazy day dinner. One of the recipes that we have over and over is noodles. So getting on a healthier path, we decided to use fewer noodles and more veggies, and so it is “Veggies with Noddles.” And my husband makes it the best version of it. This is basically my husband’s recipes that I share with you all. I hope you all ENJOY as much as I do.
Ingredients:
For Manchurian
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1/4 cup cabbage chopped
- 1/4 cup carrot chopped
- 1/4 green pepper chopped
- 1/3 cup broccoli chopped
- 1 tsp schezwan sauce
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp green chili crushed
- 1/2 tsp soya sauce and vinegar
- 3/4 cup cornflour
- 1/2 tsp salp or per tastee.
For noodles
- 1 small piece of cabbage chopped
- 1/2 jalapeno
- 4 sweet peppers
- 1/4 green peppers
- 1/2 onion
- 3 spring beans
- 1/2 carrots
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp schezwan sauce
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 2 spring onions chopped
- Boiled noodles
Instructions:
For Manchurian
- In a mixing bowl take all the veggies.
- Add crushed chilies and ginger garlic paste
- Add schezwan and soya sauce, and vinegar
- Add salt and cornflour and mix it well
- Make small balls.
- Deep fry or shallow fry and keep it aside.
For Noodles
- In a pan, heat oil and add ginger and garlic paste.
- Add all the veggies and salt and saute for 3 mins.
- Add schezwan and soya sauce and saute for 2 mins.
- Add noodles and mix it well.
Seving.
- On a plate, place the noodle.
- Add fried Manchurian (Adding Manchurian to the recipe is optional, you can enjoy just noodles as it is.)
- Garnish with spring onions and Enjoy!!
